The Membership Validation System provides you with the ability to verify the payment status of each club member (whose payment collection is handled by Ashbourne) each time they enter your club. The MVS software can be installed quickly and easily via a download here. There is a charge of just £20 per month for the system.

The Membership Validation System creates a unique identification barcode for each club member, printed on a small label, which can be attached to any item convenient to the member when entering the club; key fob, ipod, mobile etc. It can also be added to any existing membership card your club is operating.

If you sign up for the Membership Validation System, you will be supplied with a Datalogic barcode reader plus stand and a Dymo LabelWriter Turbo 400 printer, complete with an ongoing supply of labels. This hardware package is worth over £200 and is supplied as part of the monthly fee.

The Membership Validation System provides you with two clear categories of membership; either ‘green’, whose membership payment situation is OK; or ‘red’, whose payment situation is in some way under query or represents a problem. Flagging up a member’s status upon entering the club allows discreet action to be taken to resolve any payment issues. Details on the recommended action to be taken are given in the User Guide.
