Signing up members via written contract

As part of our service, a quantity of membership contract pads is provided, to be completed and forwarded to Ashbourne. A Direct Debit is then set up on your member's account, with their fee collected on an agreed date every month. There are four dates to choose from.

Membership sign-up online

We now provide the facility for you to sign up members online by card payment and/or direct debit.

• A simple online form, personalised with your contact information, is available which can be added easily to your own website.
• The online form is a ‘one-pager’ which takes just minutes for your new member to complete.
• The payment options offered can be tailored to your requirements: credit/debit card can be offered for initial payments or full membership payment and/or direct debit for ongoing payments.
• All payment details are protected by our secure, encrypted online payment system
• The whole system integrates seamlessly with our existing payment collection service.
• This is proving to be a popular facility, with many of our clubs adding an online payment facility to the home page of their website.
