Ashbourne Membership Management’s priority is to ensure that the gym member
continues to attend your club and to act as part of your own customer services,
not simply to collect debts.
All queries are handled over the phone by members of our experienced in-house
customer service team, who can see on-screen the exact status of each member.

achieve a 'win-win' for the member and for the gym. - We settle all genuine and hardship cases quickly and amicably to everyone's satisfaction.
- If wider personal debt is an issue, we offer Debt Dr's services.
- We act quickly to detect potential defaulters in order to get payment back in line.
We use a variety of proven methods to bring the vast majority of defaulters back on track. - When debt recovery measures are put into action, these are followed through professionally and consistently.
