Membership Validation System

The Membership Validation System (MVS) is now available FREE OF CHARGE to all Ashbourne customers.

MVS allows you to verify the payment status of each member when they enter your club. It is also the portal to our full online reporting system, providing each club with comprehensive information on the payment history of each member, available 24/7.

Each member is issued with a swipe card:

• Used on entry to verify a member's payment status via a live broadband link to Ashbourne's payment records

• Used to record attendance patterns and analyse important retention information

Entry Verification

When each member enters your club, their card is swiped and this brings up full information, including verifying against a photo and a clear red/amber/green status as to whether their membership payment is unpaid/under query/up-to-date. This allows you to take appropriate action and, where necessary, refer them to Ashbourne.

Retention Data

The Reports part of the system gives you all the essential retention data you need.  Reports are generated as CSV files, allowing you to analyse the data and undertake further formatting as required.

Membership list by type: a complete list of members, able to be sorted by membership category.
Non-attendance: 3 buttons allowing you to see members who have not attended in the last 30, 60 or 90 days.
Expiring membership: 2 buttons for running reports showing memberships which have expired in the last 30 days and those which will expire in the next 30 days.

Birthdays: For that personal touch, a list of members whose birthday is coming up in the next 7 days, allowing you and your staff to acknowledge this or even offer a special gift/incentive. As a linked facility, when a member swipes in on their birthday, an alert will appear, so that this can be acknowledged on the front desk.
