Membership Validation System

The Membership Validation System 2 (MVS2) allows you to verify the payment status of each club member when they enter your club.

The MVS2 package gives you:

An entry swipe card system linked via the internet to a live membership status update, using our payment records. A swipe card reader A webcam to generate a picture of each member, which is linked to their profile on the system and to their card. An initial quantity of plastic membership cards, personalised with your own design. Software can be installed quickly and easily on your system, complete with online help support. There is a simple monthly fee for the system

A complete system

If you do not have an existing electronic membership identification system, MVS2 creates a membership card for each club member. MVS2 alerts you when a defaulter enters your premises. This allows you to take discreet action to resolve any payment issues. The system also provides a log of today’s visitors or across any specified period, allowing you to check on patterns of attendance and to target non-attendees. The system includes a quick and easy to use messaging service, allowing queries to be sent through to Ashbourne while within the programme, even quicker than sending an email. New members can be entered and made live more quickly, complete with an online check of the accuracy of a new member’s bank details.
